Launch of the APPG for Project Delivery

Today, parliamentarians came together to form the new All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Project Delivery, with Henry Tufnell MP elected as the new Chair of the Group, alongside fellow officers Llinos Medi MP, Lord Lilley, and Lord Goddard.

Following the election of officers, the APPG heard from Andrew Baldwin Head of Policy and Public Affairs at the Association for Project Management and held a discussion with Nick Smallwood Chief Executive of the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA.)

The APPG for Project Delivery seeks to provide a forum where parliamentarians can support and discuss the delivery of national projects, and ensure the country has the skills, policies and people to deliver major projects that drive economic growth, spread innovation, and build infrastructure across the country.
